MTC Engineering LLC will offer the highest quality performance products and services to the motorcycle and recreational vehicle communities. All products will go through a thorough testing program prior to release for sale. We will continue to develop products and services to meeting the needs of these communities.
Pricing:
All prices are quoted in US Dollars. Pricing subject to change without notice. Not responsible for errors in pricing listed on the web site or price lists. Always check with MTC before ordering to insure correct pricing. MTC Engineering will extend dealer pricing to any registered, legitimate motorcycle dealership or repair shop that agrees to the terms of our program. A completed dealer application (a copy is available on the Dealer Program page) and proof of a motorsports performance business is required before a discount is extended. In addition, there is a commitment for minimul annual purchases.
WARRANTY:
MTC Engineering sells high performance products intended for high performance and/or racing use only. Due to the nature of our product line and their intended usage, it is impossible to warrant high performance and/or racing parts. There is therefore, no warranty written or implied, on any product manufactured or sold by MTC Engineering. All descriptions in our catalog or on this site are for reference only and are not a guarantee. MTC will assume no responsibility for personal injury, labor, or any other injury arising out of usage of any product we manufacture or sell. By purchasing and/or installing the product, the buyer agrees to all of these terms. If a defect in workmanship or materials is found before installation, please contact us and we will replace it after inspection in our plant.
In most cases, high performance parts are not legal for use on public highways.

Use of our products is purely at the sole discretion of the buyer.
TERMS:
All orders not prepaid will be shipped COD cash (money order or certified check) unless payment is received with your order, or other arrangements are made in advance. We reserve the right to specify collection by cash, company check, or any other US dollar instrument without notice. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payments through our PayPal account listed below.

International orders from unestablished customers must be prepaid via PayPal or Wire Transfer.
SHIPPING:
All orders will be shipped freight collect, F.O.B. our warehouse in Cocoa, FL, USA. Shipment will be made by USP Ground for domestic and Canadian orders, or USPS International Express (depending on availability in individual countries) for international shipments unless otherwise specified with your order. Shipping charges are included in your costs at the current, published rate for the carrier including insurance. We also add a small service charge to cover the cost of packing materials and other related items.
CLAIMS:
If damage occurs to any item during transit, it is the responsibility of the carrier. Responsibility for goods is passed from the shipper to the carrier when the carrier leaves the point of pick-up. All claims must be made with the carrier. Our staff will assist you with your claim any way we can.
Do not discard the shipping box or container
The claims representative may want to see it. If external damage is present, we recommend you document these damages with photographs prior to opening the package. Also, continue to document as the items are unpackaged.
RETURNS:
Your merchandise must be inspected for any defects or shortages and must be reported to MTC Engineering within three (3) business days.
NO RETURNS will be accepted after thirty (30) days from purchase date.
All AUTHORIZED returns must:
- have an R.A. number obtained from MTC Engineering (321-636-9480)
- have a copy of the original invoice with the return
- be returned in original packaging and condition. Defaced items will be returned to customers.
Failure to follow these instructions will result in an unprocessed credit. All returns are subject to a 20% restock fee and are for store credit only.
JOB STORAGE:
MTC Engineering will not be held responsible for the safe keeping of the customer’s parts after thirty (30) days. This policy does not apply if the job is not yet complete. Any items unclaimed after sixty (60) days will be considered abandoned and will be discarded or sold to cover the cost of labor.
